Sample Programme

Course programmes are designed to suit your particular needs; if you decide to attend a Loquitur course, we will ask you to complete a ‘needs analysis’ questionnaire so that we can create a programme specially for you.

The programme below was created for M.H., a German lawyer who attended a one-week course in 2019. It was devised following needs analysis of her particular legal language needs.

Session 1              The Language of Commercial Contract Law – breach and remedies

Session 2              Workshop: based on trainee’s own written work – part two

Session 3              Writing: developing a ‘plain English’ style – part two. Course review and continuing development.
